Educons Ltd is a consulting company which specialises in helping organisations to leverage existing strengths and supports organisational learning.

The company continues the traditions started by Matti Suonperä, the founder of the company under the same name, in 1987. The mission of the company, as still carried out today, was to consult, coach and instruct companies, educational entities, organisations and community groups in how to develop internally.
